Refund policy
Effective Date: 28 March 2026
Return & Exchange Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 10 days of the date of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for resolution.
Eligibility
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging for change-of-mind returns.
- Damaged or defective product claims must be supported with photographic evidence as described below.
- Products that show signs of post-delivery tampering or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds are issued for the product value paid, less the original shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products — Claim Process
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email contactagnijyot@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with all of the following:
- Your order number
- Date of purchase
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the outer packaging from all sides (box, envelope, or bag)
- Photograph of the shipping label as received
Claims submitted without all five items above will not be processed.
Claim Verification & Resolution
All damage claims are subject to internal verification based on submitted photographic evidence and order records. Upon successful verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Replacement product (dispatched at no additional cost)
- Store credit (valid for 6 months from date of issue)
- Refund less shipping cost (processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method)
Return Shipping
Customers are not required to arrange return shipping independently. For approved claims on items valued above ₹250, Agnijyot will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier or parcel service partner at no additional cost to the customer. Customers must ensure the product is securely repacked and available for pickup at the registered delivery address within the timeframe communicated by our team.
For items valued under ₹250, no return shipment is required. A replacement or store credit will be issued upon claim verification and the customer may discard the damaged product.
Fraud Prevention
Agnijyot employs tamper-evident packaging to ensure secure delivery. Claims where submitted evidence shows signs of post-delivery tampering or interference will be declined. Repeat or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Non-Eligible Claims
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence
- Claims raised after 10 days of delivery
- Claims without complete photographic evidence as listed above
- Products returned without prior written approval from Agnijyot
- Change-of-mind returns on opened or used products
