Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed on the Agnijyot website (agnijyot.com) are processed and dispatched on the next business day following order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the assigned courier or parcel service provider. Estimated delivery windows will be communicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Package Inspection at Delivery

We recommend inspecting your package carefully at the time of delivery. Please do not accept a package if the outer seal or packaging appears tampered with or damaged. Request the courier to mark it as "Refused due to damage" and contact us immediately at contactagnijyot@gmail.com.
